TREKKING IN THE HEART OF SARDINIA The mountains in Sardinia offer un unforgettable experience to lovers of Nature, in all her expressions. Here you will admire imposing holm oaks and millenarian yew trees, amazing junipers which have taken incredible forms, in their dance with the wind. You will encounter mysterious prehistoric villages and the traditional “pinneta”, refuge for the shepherds; you will follow the flight of the royal eagle. Led by experienced local guides, you will visit the ancient paths of the shepherds, going through deep gorges and mysterious caves, to reach the sea.
You will have the choice of different Itineraries for different lengths of time (0ne day, two, five days, seven days or more). The trekking starts in Urzulei and, depending on your choice of itinerary, you will spend the night in hotel, guest houses and out in the open air or in shepherd’s refuges.

WEEK END TREKKING
1st day:

- your arrival in Urzulei where the organizers of the trekking will welcome you with a brunch of local products
- trekking of 3-4 hours to visit sites of naturalistic and archaeological interest with typical lunch
- return to Urzulei and dinner in local guest houses. Projection of slides of the Supramonte and the Orosei Gulf

2st day:

- breakfast
- trekking of 5-6 hours to sites of naturalistic and speleological interest
- lunch (pack lunch)
- departure
